What can I return?
We will be happy to accept your item back for return within 7 days, as long as the item meets the return criteria below:
- In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
- No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)
- Full price items within 7 days of purchase.
Sale & final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. The exclusion will be noted on the product page and/or at checkout.
Spend & Save
Refunds or credit notes will be issued for the discounted price paid, not the original ticket price. The discounted price is shown on your receipt/order confirmation.
Please note: If a refund reduces the total spend amount BELOW the minimum spend requirement, the discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the refund. For minimum spend requirements, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page here. Items must meet our regular return criteria as usual.
Returning A Bundle Set/ Promotion Items
If wanting a full refund or credit note on a bundle purchase, all pieces must be returned.
If returning just one or two pieces from a bundle purchase, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
This includes any free gifts with purchase. If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned.
Non-Returnable
The following cannot be returned:
- Lingerie – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains) Please note: As lingerie are intimate garments, if your items are soiled (make-up, fake tan, deodorant or personal stains), we will deem these as unacceptable for return and will post these items back to you.
- Hosiery – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened
- Latex – where packaging and one or both hygiene seals have been opened
- Bondage items – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as handcuff links or collar chain)
- Gift Card sales are final sale and cannot be refunded for monetary value. See full Terms & Conditions.
- Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Baby Boss Lingerie once your order is sent. Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government therefore it is the Government who would give a refund, if applicable. Countries tend to have some system refunding Duties and /or VAT but the customer needs to go through the appropriate government agency (usually Customs) and provide the requisite documents.
Can I return my online order in-store?
Yes, online orders can be returned to a store in the same country that the items were purchased. Please bring proof of purchase to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Credits
Credits are issued in the form of a Baby Boss Lingerie Gift Card, valid for 3 years for use both online and in-store. The Baby Boss Lingerie Gift Card will be issued to the email address attached to the original order.
Sale price Adjustments
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased in sale or on promotion.
Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
How do I exchange my item?
We gladly offer size exchanges on unworn, unwashed and unopened items in re-sellable condition with original tags still attached. The item you are exchanging needs to be of the same style.
If the requested item for an exchange is out of stock, our Baby Bosses will contact you to organise an alternative solution. Exchanges will be shipped with standard postage.
What lingerie can I exchange?
You can only exchange lingerie items of the same style for a different size or replacement due to a fault. You cannot exchange the lingerie you purchased for a different style of lingerie.
